Conference delegates

The registration fee includes:

  • Attendance to sessions (regular and convened) and workshops from Monday 16 March to Friday 20 March
  • Lunches and refreshments Monday 16 March to Thursday 19 March
  • Morning break refreshments Friday 20 March + lunch if you are registered for the short course
  • Access to the exhibition from Monday 16 March to Thursday 19 March
  • Conference proceedings (online)
  • The Welcome Reception on Monday 16 March (for 2-day registrations only where 16/3 is a selected day)


2-Day Registration includes: 

  • Attendance to the sessions related to the days selected
  • The refreshments and lunch offered of the days selected
  • The Welcome Reception is included where Monday 16 March is a selected day

This registration cannot be used by authors 

At least one of the authors of each paper must register for the full conference and it is not possible for any person to register more than two papers in his/her name as "presenting author". "No shows" or lack of registration fee payment will inhibit publication in the online proceedings. This is valid for regular as well as convened session papers.

2-day registration is not valid for authors or for presenters to cover a paper.

Registration must be complete by 17 January, 2020. If any paper has not been registered against it will be withdrawn from the technical programme without exception. We recommend you to use the secure online payment by credit card available with the online registration system. Should you pay with a bank transfer, the payment must have reached the EuCAP 2020 bank account no later than 24 January, 2020.

An additional fee of €12 (VAT included) will be charged automatically for a payment with a bank transfer.

Authors may only register against a maximum of 2 papers. If an author has received acceptance for more than 2 papers it is recommended that a co-author registers against those papers to limit the number of presentations required by the same author. Each author/co-author must register separately. Please note authors’ registrations are non-refundable.


Short Courses
Short courses are not included in the conference delegate registration. Each course is 3,5 hours in duration and the registration includes attendance to the short-course, lunch and afternoon refreshments. Should less than 5 people register to attend a short course it may be cancelled. The decision will be taken on 14 February 2020. In case of a cancellation by the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded to the delegate with no other compensation.           

Sponsors and exhibitors
Sponsors and exhibitors can register to EuCAP 2020 using their discount codes provided to them in order to access registrations included in their package.

Access to the exhibition, morning and afternoon refreshments and the lunch of the day(s) selected. The Welcome Reception on Monday 16 March is included when selected for that day.

Exhibition visitor registration includes:
Access to the exhibition, morning and afternoon refreshments and the lunches of the day(s) selected.

Social programme 

Welcome reception Monday 16 March
The welcome reception is included in the conference delegates and sponsors/exhibitors fee. But is only included for daily registrations if Monday 16 March is selected.

Conference dinner Wednesday 18 March 17:45 – 23:59
The conference dinner will be held at Wallmans in the Circus Building in the centre of Copenhagen. Enjoy an extraordinary evening that include a three-course meal with beverages, awards and a choice of fantastic acts full of excitement and surprises. After the spectacular dinnershow, the DJ will start the night club where a self-paid bar will be open too.

Transfers to and from the dinner is not included. Seats are limited and the bookings will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Get-together dinners Tuesday 17 March and Thursday 19 March 2020

Accompanying persons
You will be able to purchase tickets for all social elements of the conference. Accompanying persons cannot register for the conference.

We recommend that you use the secure online payment by credit card available with the online registration system. Should you pay with a bank transfer, the payment must have reached the EuCAP 2020 bank account no later than 24 February 2020 for early bird registrations and 1 March, 2020 for all other registrations. 

An additional fee of €12 (VAT included) will be charged automatically for a payment with a bank transfer.

Purchase orders are not accepted. Full payment must be completed before access to the conference is allowed. Payment cannot be accepted after the conference,

AMTA technical tours
Two different technical tours will be offered to delegates during the conference sponsored by AMTA. Places must be booked in advance to secure a space and is on a first come first served basis. Registration for these tours will open in 2020.

Changes to your registration
It is possible to add additional purchases or changes to your registration by logging in using the email address and password provided.

Cancellation policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be requested via email to by 16 February 2020.  The registration fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of €60 (VAT included). There will be no refunds after this date. 

In case of reasons beyond the control by the conference organizers, EurAAP has the right to immediately alter or cancel the Conference or any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to EurAAP. The participants shall not be entitled to any compensation for damage that results from such alteration or cancellation. Furthermore, with the exception of any willful damage or gross negligence committed by EurAAP, EurAAP shall not at any time be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the participants, including consequential and immaterial damage, caused by failure to comply with any provision of this document.

The information that you provide to EurAAP will be used to ensure we provide you with products and services that best meet your needs. This may include the promotion of EurAAP products and services by post and /or electronic means. Your information will also be used to produce event materials, including badges.
