Invitation letters

Official invitation by EuCAP2022 Conference Organisers

Visitors from non-Schengen countries must possess a passport valid for at least a three-month stay. To begin with the procedure, participants are advised to locate their respective diplomatic missions or embassy. As offices aren’t available in all countries, it is necessary to either apply at an embassy representing Spain (listed here) or to travel to an assigned embassy in another country. Please note that the visa procedure can take up to one month.

For a map of Schengen countries please see this EU website about Schengen.

It is necessary that the applicant applies in person at the embassy. This is due to a new Visa Information System, which requires the collection of fingerprints.
There are additional documents requested in order to apply for a visa at the embassy: please check with your embassy which documents are necessary.

EurAAP, the official organiser of the EuCAP2022 conference, is pleased to send a letter of invitation to any conference delegate, speaker, exhibitor or visitor requesting it.

If an original copy of the invitation letter is required there is a €25 administration and postage fee.

These letters of invitation will be sent by mail to the address indicated on the invoice for payment. If another address is required please send this information to eucap2022@pacifico-meetings.com

If you are an author of papers accepted for presentation, the EuCAP2022 the Registration team will verify the correctness of the Paper ID (s) you intend to present (max 2) and will send you a letter of invitation via e-mail; for non-authors, there is a €20 administration fee.

Please note: these fees are non-refundable

Please note that payment by credit card and bank transfer are available for invitation letter for non-authors. Nevertheless, payment by bank transfer will occur an additional charge of €12.

Conditions for obtaining an invitation letter are as follows: accepted paper and/or Paid registration fee.

In case you have any questions concerning invitation letter procedures or if you face any problems in your country, please contact Registration Manager at eucap2022@pacifico-meetings.com
