THz Communications operating at 300 GHz and beyond is seen as one of the candidates for 6G wireless systems. This high frequency band with its high path loss and the small size of objects impacting the radio channel contains many challenges in terms of radio channel characterization and antenna development. Numerous research projects on various aspects on THz communications are currently ongoing. This booth is jointly organized by the projects H2020 EU-Japan ThoR (https://thorproject.eu/ ), H2020 Terapod (www.terapod-project.eu ) and DFG FOR 2862 Meteracom (www.meteracom.de). The EU-Japan project H2020 ThoR is working towards the demonstration of a 300 GHz Backhaul/Fronthaul Link. Solutions for wireless 300 GHz links in data center are developed in the EU H2020 project ThoR and the German DFG FOR 2863 Meteracom project is dedicated to metrology aspects for THz communications. In the booth results achieved by these three projects will be displayed.
